Last Meeting

AMBUCS,

We had a great turnout and special meeting earlier this month at the Pekin Country Club. Our program for the evening featured, Marcia Hammerstrand, our Regional Director, along with recipients of this year’s fundraiser. Marcia provided us with valuable information about AMBUCS and what she wants to accomplish this year for our Region. In addition to Marcia’s presentation, we had the pleasure to recognize some of the recipients of this year’s fundraiser including representatives from Pekin Union Mission, Boys and Girls Club of Pekin, IRVSRA-Illinois River Valley Special Recreation, ICC, and an individual scholarship recipient. This year’s proceeds helped fund our chapter’s AmTryke program and Scholarships we provide to National AMBUCS, ICC, and Individual Physical Therapy students in addition to the other organizations present. Thank you to all who attended, and we look forward to hosting a similar event next year
